What’s next?
After submitting your entry on our entry page, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email within 15 minutes, please check your SPAM/Junk folder. Add [email protected] to your contacts to ensure emails are delivered.
Shipping/Drop-off Information
You will receive identification labels by email that are unique to your entries. These must be firmly affixed directly to your bottles either using clear shipping tape or strong glue paper. It is important that every bottle contains an identification label or there may be a delay in receiving your results and medals.
Please do not ship or drop off your wine until you have received the identification labels and affixed them to each bottle.
Commercial Entries – Please submit a minimum of three (3) 750ml (or equivalent) bottles for each label entered. The first and second are for the competition, the third and subsequent are for promotion of your wines should they win medals.
Amateur Entries – Please submit two (2) 750ml (or equivalent) bottles for each label entered the first for judging, the second for additional review should the first be compromised.
As we prepare the labels for your wine, please carefully read the tips below to get ready for shipping:
- Add [email protected] to your email contacts list to make sure the labels aren’t captured by your spam/junk filters.
- Make sure your computer can open PDF files. Most computers come with some sort of PDF reader, and if you open your mail from a browser (I.e. Gmail) you shouldn’t have a problem. You can download one for free at this link (click here).
- Make sure your printer has toner/ink and have clear shipping tape, which is the easiest way to affix the labels to your bottles.
- If you are shipping your wine, we suggest using insulated packaging with cold packs.
You may receive a separate email for each entry – if you entered 4 wines, you will receive 4 seemingly-identical emails with different PDF attachments. Each attachment has three small QR labels you can cut with scissors and tape to the bottles. One label per bottle, three bottles per commercial entry (two bottles for an amateur entry).
If you have not received your labels within 24 hours, please email [email protected].
